CHAP. 1459.— An Act Granting a pension to Vienna Ward. April 11, 1906.[[H. R. 8339](/us/bill/59/hr/8339).][[Private, No. 1367](/us/pvt/59/1367).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Vienna Ward. Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Vienna Ward, widow of John Ward, late of Company I, First Regiment Illinois Volunteer Light Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, April 11, 1906.
