CHAP. 1456.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to William Smith. April 11, 1906.[[H. R. 8316](/us/bill/59/hr/8316).][[Private, No. 1364](/us/pvt/59/1364).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the William Smith. Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1733laws, the name of William Smith, late of Company I, One hundred and sixty-second Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
