CHAP. 1442.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Firman F. Kirk. April 11, 1906.[[H. R. 7515](/us/bill/59/hr/7515).][[Private, No. 1350](/us/pvt/59/1350).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Firman F. Kirk. Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Firman F.
Kirk, late of Company C, Thirteenth Regiment Pennsylvania Reserve Volunteer Infantry, and Company C, One hundred and ninetieth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 11, 1906.
