CHAP. 1439.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Elias Claunch. April 11, 1906.[[H. R. 6946](/us/bill/59/hr/6946).][[Private, No. 1347](/us/pvt/59/1347).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Elias Claunch. Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1729laws, the name of Elias Claunch, late of Company A, Seventh Regiment Missouri State Militia Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
