CHAP. 1432.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Emma Fehr. February 25, 1907.[[H. R. 21660](/us/bill/34/hr/21660).][[Private, No. 1306](/us/pvt/34/1306).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Emma Fehr.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emma Fehr, widow of Joseph Fehr, late of Company C, Tenth Regiment Maryland Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
