CHAP. 1429.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Emilie Scheldt. April 11, 1906. [[H. R. 6058](/us/bill/59/hr/6058).] [[Private, No. 1337](/us/pvtl/59/1337).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Emilie Scheldt. Pension increased. that the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emilie Scheldt, widow of Julius Scheldt, late second lieutenant Company E, Thirty-seventh Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
