CHAP. 1425.— An Act Granting a pension to Margarett Carroll. April 11, 1906. [[H. R. 5486](/us/bill/59/hr/5486).] [[Private, No. 1333](/us/pvtl/59/1333).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Margarett Carroll. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Margarett Carroll, widow of Henry L. Carroll, late first lieutenant Company B, First Battalion Georgia Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 11, 1906.
