CHAP. 1411.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Martin Callahan. April 11, 1906. [[H. R. 4209](/us/bill/59/hr/4209).] [[Private, No. 1319](/us/pvtl/59/1319).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Martin Callahan. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Martin Callahan, late captain Company F, Ninth Regiment Maryland Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
