CHAP. 1410.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Erastus A. Thomas. February 25, 1907.[[H. R. 21542](/us/bill/34/hr/21542).][[Private, No. 1281](/us/pvt/34/1281).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Erastus A. Thomas.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Erastus A.
Thomas, late of Company B, One hundred and sixth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and Signal Corps, United States Army, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 25, 1907.
