CHAP. 140.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Martha Ann Jones. January 12, 1907.[[H. R. 19587](/us/bill/34/hr/19587).][[Private, No. 127](/us/pvt/34/127).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theMartha Ann Jones.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Martha Ann Jones, widow of Washington Jones, late of Company G, Captain Standefer’s company, Second Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
