CHAP. 14.— An Act Granting a pension to Lucy Florette Nichols. December 20, 1906.[[S. 5081](/us/bill/34/s/5081).][[Private, No. 12](/us/pvt/34/12).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretory of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theLucy Florette Nichols.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lucy Florette Nichols, widow of William Nichols, late surgeon Third Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, December 20, 1906.
