CHAP. 1394.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Helen H. Hulbert. April 11, 1906. [[H. R. 2341](/us/bill/59/hr/2341).] [[Private, No. 1302](/us/pvtl/59/1302).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Helen H. Hulbert. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension1719 laws, the name of Helen H.
Hulbert, widow of William L. Hulbert, late captain Company G, One hundred and seventeenth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, April 11, 1906.
