CHAP. 1389.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Siotha Bennett. April 11, 1906. [[H. R. 2082](/us/bill/59/hr/2082).] [[Private, No. 1297](/us/pvtl/59/1297).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Siotha Bennett. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Siotha Bennett, widow of Clarence E.
Bennett, late lieutenant-colonel First Regiment California Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, April 11, 1906.
