CHAP. 1379.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Blanche M. Kell. February 25, 1907.[[H. R. 21410](/us/bill/34/hr/21410).][[Private, No. 1253](/us/pvt/34/1253).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Blanche M. Kell.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 2505laws, the name of Blanche M.
Kell, widow of John McIntosh Kell, late midshipman, United States ship Savannah, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, February 25, 1907.
