CHAP. 1378.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Josephine Rogers. April 11, 1906. [[H. R. 8891](/us/bill/59/hr/8891).] [[Private, No. 1286](/us/pvtl/59/1286).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Josephine Rogers. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Josephine Rogers, widow of Robert C.
Rogers, late passed midshipman United States Navy, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, April 11, 1906.
