CHAP. 1377.— An Act For the relief of Aaron Everly. April 10, 1906. [[H. R. 7144](/us/bill/59/hr/7144).] [[Private, No. 1285](/us/pvtl/59/1285).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Aaron Everly. Military record corrected. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to substitute the name of Aaron Everly, instead of that of John O’Neal, on the muster rolls of the War Department, so as to show that he served as an enlisted man in Company L.
Seventeenth Regiment Pennsylvania Cavalry, and that an honorable discharge be granted him: *Provided*, That no pay,*Proviso.*No pay, etc. bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act. Approved, April 10, 1906.
