CHAP. 1376.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Charles H. Homan. February 25, 1907.[[H. R. 21374](/us/bill/34/hr/21374).][[Private, No. 1250](/us/pvt/34/1250).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Charles H. Homan.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Charles H.
Homan, late of Twenty-fourth Independent Battery, New York Volunteer Light Artillery, and Company G, Eleventh Regiment Veteran Reserve Corps, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving Approved, February 25, 1907.
