CHAP. 1354.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Martin Heiler. February 25, 1907.[[H. R. 21279](/us/bill/34/hr/21279).][[Private, No. 1228](/us/pvt/34/1228).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Martin Heiler.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Martin Heiler, alias Martin Huyler, late of Battery F, First Regiment United States Artillery, Florida Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
