CHAP. 1343.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Gottlieb Spitzer, alias Gottfried Bruner. March 26, 1906. [[H. R. 14123](/us/bill/59/hr/14123).] [[Private, No. 1277](/us/pvtl/59/1277).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Gottlieb Spitzer, alias Gottfried Bruner. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Gottlieb Spitzer, alias Gottfried Bruner, late of Company B, Fourteenth Regiment Connecticut Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of seventy-two dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
