CHAP. 1335.— An Act Granting a pension to Martin Nolan. March 26, 1906. [[H. R. 13165](/us/bill/59/hr/13165).] [[Private, No. 1269](/us/pvtl/59/1269).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Martin Nolan. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Martin Nolan, late of Company K, Sixteenth Regiment United Slates Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of ten dollars per month. Approved, March 26, 1906.
