CHAP. 1334.— An Act Granting a pension to Cynthia A. Embry. March 26, 1906. [[H. R. 13161](/us/bill/59/hr/13161).] [[Private, No. 1268](/us/pvtl/59/1268).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Cynthia A. Embry. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Cynthia A.
Embry, widow of Jesse M. Embry, late of Captain Smith’s company. First Regiment Texas Mounted Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight- dollars per month. Approved, March 26, 1906.
