CHAP. 1333.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Maggie D. Russ. March 26, 1906. [[H. R. 13035](/us/bill/59/hr/13035).] [[Private, No. 1267](/us/pvtl/59/1267).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Maggie D. Russ. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Maggie D.
Russ, widow of Charles P. Russ, late first lieutenant, Eleventh Regiment United States Infantry, and pay1711 her a pension at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month in lien of that she is now receiving and two dollars per month additional on account of the minor child of said Charles P. Russ until she reaches the age of sixteen years. Approved, March 26, 1906.
