CHAP. 1331.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Frederick Bierley. March 26, 1906. [[H. R. 12948](/us/bill/59/hr/12948).] [[Private, No. 1265](/us/pvtl/59/1265).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Staten of America in Congress assembled*, Frederick Bierley. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Frederick Bierley, late of Company G, Seventieth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
