CHAP. 1327.— An Act Granting a pension to James S. Randall. March 26, 1906. [[H. R. 12516](/us/bill/59/hr/12516).] [[Private, No. 1261](/us/pvtl/59/1261).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, James S. Randall. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James S.
Randall, minor child of James S. Randall, late of Company K, Third Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of ten dollars per month until he reaches the age of sixteen years. Approved, March 26, 1906.
