CHAP. 1318.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Reuben I. Turckheim, alias Joseph Adler. March 26, 1906. [[H. R. 12229](/us/bill/59/hr/12229).] [[Private, No. 1252](/us/pvtl/59/1252).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Reuben I. Turckheim, alias Joseph Adler. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Reuben I.
Turckheim, alias Joseph Adler, late of Company H, Second Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, March 26, 1906.
