CHAP. 131.— An Act Granting a pension to Russell A. McKinley. February 5, 1906.[[S. 988](/us/bill/59/s/988).][[Private, No. 119](/us/pvt/59/119).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Russell A. McKinley.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Russell A. McKinley, late of Troop C, Second Regiment United States Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of one hundred dollars per month. Approved, February 5, 1906.
