CHAP. 1308.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Elizabeth A. Murrey. February 25, 1907.[[H. R. 16886](/us/bill/34/hr/16886).][[Private, No. 1182](/us/pvt/34/1182).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theElizabeth A. Murrey.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth A.
Murrey, widow of Isaac Murrey, late of Company H, Fifth Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving: *Provided*, That in the event of the death of James*Provisos.*Increase to cease on death of child. W. Murrey, helpless and dependent child of said Isaac Murrey, the additional pension herein granted shall cease and determine: *And providedPension to child on death of mother. further*, That in the event of the death of Elizabeth A.
Murrey the name of said James W. Murrey shall be placed on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of twelve dollars per month from and after the date of death of said Elizabeth A. Murrey. Approved, February 25, 1907.
