CHAP. 1306.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Lizzie Belk. March 26, 1906. [[H. R. 11416](/us/bill/59/hr/11416).] [[Private, No. 1240](/us/pvtl/59/1240).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Lizzie Belk. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the1705 pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lizzie Belk, widow of William L.
Belk, late of Companies I and B, Palmetto Regiment South Carolina Volunteer Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, March 26, 1906.
