CHAP. 1305.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Victoria Bishop. March 26, 1906. [[H. R. 11415](/us/bill/59/hr/11415).] [[Private, No. 1239](/us/pvtl/59/1239).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Victoria Bishop. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Victoria Bishop, widow of Empson Bishop, late of Captain Hudson’s company Tennessee Militia, war of eighteen hundred and twelve, and pay her a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
