CHAP. 1301.— An Act Granting a pension to Blanche C. Polk. February 25, 1907.[[H. R. 23687](/us/bill/34/hr/23687).][[Private, No. 1175](/us/pvt/34/1175).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Blanche C. Polk.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Blanche C.
Polk, widow of Lucius E. Polk, late captain Company D, Forty third Regiment United States Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month, and two dollars per month additional for the minor child of said officer until he shall attain the age of sixteen years. Approved, February 25, 1907.
