CHAP. 13.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Josephine S. Jones. December 20, 1906.[[S. 5042](/us/bill/34/s/5042).][[Private, No. 11](/us/pvt/34/11).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theJosephine S. Jones.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Josephine S.
Jones, widow of Samuel E. Jones, late second lieutenant Company I. First Regiment Missouri Volunteer Light Artillery, and Twelfth Independent Battery, Wisconsin Volunteer Light Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, December 20, 1906.
