CHAP. 1298.— An Act Granting a pension to Roseanna King. February 25, 1907.[[H. R. 23135](/us/bill/34/hr/23135).][[Private, No. 1172](/us/pvt/34/1172).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Roseanna King.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 2487laws, the name of Roseanna King, widow of Dunbirth King, alias James Kincaid, late of Company A, Fifth Regiment West Virginia Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, February 25, 1907.
