CHAP. 1288.— An Act Granting a pension to Emma A. Hawkes. February 25, 1907.[[H. R. 22036](/us/bill/34/hr/22036).][[Private, No. 1162](/us/pvt/34/1162).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Emma A. Hawkes.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emma A.
Hawkes, widow of Benjamin F. Hawkes, late second lieutenant Company E, Twenty-fifth Regiment and lieutenant-colonel Seventy-eighth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month. Approved, February 25, 1907.
