CHAP. 1287.— An Act Granting a pension to Philip Dieter. February 25, 1907.[[H. R. 21988](/us/bill/34/hr/21988).][[Private, No. 1161](/us/pvt/34/1161).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Philip Dieter.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Philip Dieter, late of Company F, Third Potomac Home Brigade, Maryland Volunteer Infantry, civil war, and Troop D, Seventh Regiment United States Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, without deduction for any payment or erroneous payments of pension heretofore made.
