CHAP. 1281.— An Act Granting a pension to Martin J. Flagstad. February 25, 1907.[[H. R. 21175](/us/bill/34/hr/21175).][[Private, No. 1155](/us/pvt/34/1155).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Marlin J. Flagstad.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name or Martin J. Flagstad, late of U. S. S. Maple, United States Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month. Approved, February 25, 1907.
