CHAP. 1274.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Elizabeth Morgan. March 26, 1906. [[H. R. 10166](/us/bill/59/hr/10166).] [[Private, No. 1208](/us/pvtl/59/1208).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Elizabeth Morgan. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth Morgan, widow of Nicholas D.
Morgan, late of Captain Dawson’s company, First Regiment Georgia Volunteers, Creek Indian war, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, March 26, 1906.
