CHAP. 1273.— An Act Granting a pension to Eva Louise Eberlin. February 25, 1907.[[H. R. 20413](/us/bill/34/hr/20413).][[Private, No. 1147](/us/pvt/34/1147).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Eva Louise Eberlin.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Eva Louise Eberlin, helpless and dependent child of Henry Eberlin, late of Company C, One hundred and forty-third Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
