CHAP. 1271.— An Act Granting a pension to Nelson Isbill. February 25, 1907.[[H. R. 19976](/us/bill/34/hr/19976).][[Private, No. 1145](/us/pvt/34/1145).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Nelson Isbill.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Nelson Isbill, late of Company H, Twentieth Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, and Company H, Third Regiment 2481Tennessee Volunteer Mounted Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, the same to he paid to him under the rules of the Pension Bureau as to mode and time of payment without any deduction or rebate on account of former alleged overpayments or erroneous payments of pension.
