CHAP. 1261.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to James Hines. March 26, 1906. [[H. R. 8917](/us/bill/59/hr/8917).] [[Private, No. 1195](/us/pvtl/59/1195).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, James Hines. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension1695 laws, the name of James Hines, late master at arms U.
S. S. Norwich and North Carolina, U. S. Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, March 26, 1906.
