CHAP. 1253.— An Act Granting a pension to Jefferson Wilcox. February 25, 1907.[[H. R. 16389](/us/bill/34/hr/16389).][[Private, No. 1127](/us/pvt/34/1127).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Jefferson Wilcox.Pension.Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 2477pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jefferson Wilcox, late captain Company B. Third Regiment United States Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month. Approved, February 25, 1907.
