CHAP. 1234.— An Act Granting a pension to George W. Jackson. March 26, 1906. [[H. R. 7478](/us/bill/59/hr/7478).] [[Private, No. 1168](/us/pvtl/59/1168).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, George W. Jackson. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension1689 laws, the name of George W. Jackson, late chief musician, Twenty-third Regiment Kansas volunteer Infantry, war with Spain. Approved, March 26, 1906.
