CHAP. 1227.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to William Miller. March 26, 1906. [[H. R. 6936](/us/bill/59/hr/6936).] [[Private, No. 1161](/us/pvtl/59/1161).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, William Miller. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William Miller, late of Captain Horton’s company, Third Regiment North Carolina Volunteers, Cherokee Indian disturbance, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
