CHAP. 1209.— An Act Granting an honorable discharge to David Harrington. February 25, 1907.[[H. R. 14361](/us/bill/34/hr/14361).][[Private, No. 1083](/us/pvt/34/1083).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of WarDavid Harrington.Honorable discharge granted. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to correct the military record of and grant an honorable discharge to David Harrington, late a member of Company D, Thirty-second Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and now a resident of Canton, Ohio: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or*Proviso*.No pay, etc. other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
