CHAP. 1207.— An Act To correct the military record of James H. Davis. February 25, 1907.[[H. R. 9841](/us/bill/34/hr/9841).][[Private, No. 1081](/us/pvt/34/1081).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That James H. Davis, of James H. Davis.Military record corrected.Company B, East Tennessee National Guard, war of the rebellion, be held and considered to have been enlisted in said organization September *Proviso*.No pay, etc.fourteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
