CHAP. 1206.— An Act For the relief of the heirs at law of David C. Haynes, deceased. February 25, 1907.[[H. R. 9298](/us/bill/34/hr/9298).][[Private, No. 1080](/us/pvt/34/1080).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the sum of one thousand David C. Haynes.Payment to heirs at law of.and twelve dollars and fifty cents be, and the same is hereby, appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay to the heirs at law of David C.
Haynes, a deceased contractor, for services rendered by the said Haynes in transporting the United States mails in the State of Texas prior and up to the first day of June, eighteen hundred and sixty-one. Approved, February 25, 1907.
