CHAP. 1205.— An Act To correct the military record of George H. Keating. February 25, 1907.[[H. R. 3507](/us/bill/34/hr/3507).][[Private, No. 1079](/us/pvt/34/1079).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That George H. Keating be George H. Keating.Honorable discharge granted.held and considered to have been mustered into the United States military service as a private in Company G, Ninth New York Infantry Volunteers, as of date of May eighteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-one, and honorably discharged from said service as of date of May twentieth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, and that an honorable *Proviso*.No pay, etc.discharge be issued in accordance with this Act: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
