CHAP. 1204.— An Act To correct the military record of Timothy Lyons. February 25, 1907.[[H. R. 3356](/us/bill/34/hr/3356).][[Private, No. 1078](/us/pvt/34/1078).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of War Timothy Lyons.Honorable discharge granted.be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to correct the military record of and grant an honorable discharge to Timothy Lyons, late of *Proviso*.No pay, etc.Company G, First Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Cavalry: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
