CHAP. 1202.— An Act To authorize the New Orleans and Great Northern Railroad Company to construct a bridge across Pearl River, in the State of Mississippi. February 25, 1907. [[H. R. 25366](/us/bill/59/hr/25366).] [[Public, No. 125](/us/pl/59/125).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the New Orleans and Pearl River.New Orleans and Great Northern Railroad Company may bridge, at Columbia, Miss.Great Northern Railroad Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Mississippi, its successors and assigns, be, and they are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a rail road drawbridge and approaches thereto across the Pearl River at or near Columbia, in Marion County, in the State of Mississippi, in accordance *Ante*, p. 84.with the provisions of the Act entitled "An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters," approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved. Approved, February 25, 1907.
