CHAP. 1200.— An Act To authorize the construction of a bridge across the Mississippi River at Louisiana, Missouri. February 25, 1907. [[H. R. 25046](/us/bill/59/hr/25046).] [[Public, No. 123](/us/pl/59/123).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and 1 louse of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That D. A. Ball, R. H. Goodman, Mississippi River.D. A. Ballet at may bridge, at. Louisiana, Mo.Harry Higbee, William E. Williams, Charles Dustin, Ed. A. Glenn, and David Wald, their successors and assigns, be and they and hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a railroad, electric road, and highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Mississippi River, at Louisiana, in the State of Missouri, in accordance with the *Ante*, p. 84.provisions of the Act entitled "An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters," approved March Twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved. Approved, February 25, 1907.
