CHAP. 1199.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Alice M. Durney. March 26, 1906. [[H. R. 4257](/us/bill/59/hr/4257).] [[Private, No. 1133](/us/pvtl/59/1133).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Alice M. Durney. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Alice M.
Durney, widow of Francis Durney, late of Company D, Sixth Regiment New York Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, March 26, 1906.
